ChronoGrid have no player account and no custom game server. Most game data exists only inside the applicable App on your device.

Delete local game data
On Android, open device settings for ChronoGrid and choose Storage & cache → Clear storage, or uninstall the App. On iOS, delete ChronoGrid from the device. This removes local journey progress, seen-puzzle history, settings, wins, and high scores, subject to any operating-system backup you control.
Request deletion of support-form data
If you previously contacted support, use the shared support form. Select ChronoGrid, enter the same email address, set the topic to Delete my support data, and identify the earlier request. We will delete identifiable support submissions unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an active dispute.
Store, advertising, and platform data
Apple or Google controls purchase records needed to restore the applicable App’s ad-free entitlement. We cannot delete those platform records; use your Apple or Google account privacy controls. Advertising, Game Center, and Nearby technical data processed by Google or Apple is subject to their privacy controls and retention rules. We do not maintain a player profile linking this information to local progress.
What is retained
After a verified support-data deletion request, we retain no copy of the deleted support submission except information that must be kept for the limited reasons above. Local game data remains entirely under your device and backup controls.

Güvenlik, dolandırıcılığı önleme, hukuki uyum veya devam eden bir uyuşmazlık için saklama zorunlu değilse kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilebilen destek başvurularını sileriz.
Mağaza, reklam ve platform verileri
İlgili Uygulamanın reklamsız kullanım hakkını geri yüklemek için gereken satın alma kayıtlarını Apple veya Google denetler. Bu platform kayıtlarını biz silemeyiz; Apple veya Google hesabınızın gizlilik araçlarını kullanın. Neler saklanır?
